Marbling 

Suminagashi marbling is a fabulous activity for children

and it is so simple!

Pour fresh water into a basin and begin creating

marbled papers with ink and combs.

​

These inks work with paper, silk or cotton.  

Make sure that if you are using fabric that it is

pure cotton or silk that you pre wash to remove

any sizing in the fabric.

​

A perfect activity on a rainy or snowy day!

​
